The CHS Grants Committee has chosen the CHS grant recipients for 2006. The committee consisted of Michael Dloogatch, Linda Malawy, Amy Sullivan and Steve Sullivan. This year we received 18 applications, as usual far exceeding the number of grants that could be awarded based on available funds. After a difficult decision process, six grants were awarded, in varying amounts, as follows:
•
Philip A. Cochran, Biology Department, Saint Mary’s University.
“Monitoring Snake Hibernacula in Southeastern Minnesota,” $275.

Landscape,” $300.
