Guidelines For Vendors

All vendors will be assigned a specific area in which to set up and must confine their displays to that area.
Not-for-profit societies will be allowed to sell logo items and memberships only. Societies wishing to sell other items must pay for a table.
Vendors may sell dry goods and feeder animals (insects, rodents) only. The sale of other animals (including reptiles and amphibians) is strictly prohibited.
Animal price lists may not be distributed to the general public.

The ReptileFest Coordinators retain the right to modify the guidelines or request the removal of any animal or exhibitor at any time. The coordinators' decisions in this regard are final.

ReptileFest will be held Saturday and Sunday, April 12-13, 2008,at University of Illinois at Chicago , Physical Education Building, between Halsted and Morgan, Chicago, Illinois. The exhibit will be open to the public from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Saturday and Sunday. The hall will be open for setup on Friday, April 11, 2008, after 7:00 P.M. and on Saturday, April 12, 2008 from 6:00-9:30 P.M. Exhibitors are asked to leave their displays in place until closing time on Sunday.
