Guidelines for Vendors:

  1. All vendors will be assigned a specific area in which to set up and must confine their displays to that area.
  2. Not-for-profit societies will be allowed to sell logo items and memberships only. Societies wishing to sell other items must pay for a table.
  3. Vendors may sell feeder animals(insects, rodents) only and dry goods. The sale of other animals (including reptiles and amphibians) is strictly prohibited.
  4. Animal price lists may not be distributed to the general public.
  5. The ReptileFest Coordinators retain the right to modify the guidelines or request the removal of any animal or exhibitor at any time. The coordinators' decisions in this regard are final.
